Another change for Brazil and it's Costa who comes off for Jesus.

BIG LET OFF! Wow. I was convinced that the referee was going to go to an official VAR review of that incident. Kompany caught Jesus in the box. That should have been a spot kick.
ANOTHER PENALTY CLAIM! Jesus nutmegs Alderweireld and then goes down under the challenge of Kompany. This one looks like a penalty kick and we are going to have a VAR review.
NEYMAR DIVE! The referee wasn't having any of that. Neymar tried to imply that he had been tripped by Fellaini, but the man in the middle was very dismissive of the effort to win a spot kick.
GREAT CROSS! Why was there nobody in the middle in a yellow shirt? Marcelo cracked a wonderful cross right across the face of goal, but Firmino just couldn't stretch far enough.
Lukaku was sensational for Belgium in the first half. While De Bruyne's strike was the highlight of the opening 45 minutes, it was the Manchester United striker who shone brightest.
ONE-ON-ONE! De Bruyne swept the ball out to Lukaku, who had so much space on the right side. But Miranda did well to shield the ball to the goalkeeper Alisson. Good defending.
Alderweireld gets a yellow card for bringing down Paulinho on the counter attack.

Brazil need to show more attacking intent in this second half. Or rather, they need to open up more space in the attacking third of the pitch. It was way too congested in the first half.
Brazil have made a change at the break and Firmino is on for the Selecao. Jesus will move over into a wider position?

R. Firmino

The second half is under way! Belgium have a 2-0 lead over Brazil after the opening 45 minutes.
What did you make of the first half? Is there any way back for Brazil in this game? Are Belgium actually more likely to score more in the second half? Tweet me your thoughts!
HALF TIME: Brazil 0-2 Belgium. Well, what a first half that was for Belgium. An own goal from Fernandinho as well as a strike from De Bruyne have put them two goals to the good at the break.
Belgium came from two goals down to beat Japan in the last 16. Now, Brazil have to do the same thing against the Red Devils. They look like a deflated team at the moment.
DE BRUYNE FREEKICK! That was a simple enough save from Alisson, but he still had to make it. De Bruyne's freekick was on target and so the Brazilian keeper had to tip it over.
Brazil just need to get into the dressing room at half time and regroup. It just hasn't happened for them in this half. Belgium look like they could score a third goal here!
