Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the World Cup Group F game between Bosnia and Iran, who will go through to the last 16 if they win here in Salvador and Nigeria beat Argentina in Porto Alegre.

And that's it. Both of these teams are out, and Nigeria are through. Bosnia go home with a victory, Iran go home with a goal, but there was a bit of a missed opportunity for both sides. Still, another group decided, only three to go now. Thanks for reading.

Three minutes of injury time to play. It's been a fairly noble effort from Iran, but they weren't quite good enough. Still, at least they got their goal.

We're not. Teymourian's delivery is easily cleared.

Iran have a free-kick. Are we about to go goal-crazy for no reason, since this does appear to be the theme of the tournament?

GOAL! Iran's faint hopes are immediately dashed. Vrsajevic gets down the right as Bosnia wake up and he powers a great finish across Haghihi and into the car corner to make it 3-1.

GOAL! Iran twice go close with a pair of left-footed strikes from Ghoochannejhad, and then he scores from the resultant corner. Iran need two more goals.

Senad Sahilovic off for Bosnia, Tino Susic replaces him. This is now a pre-season friendly.

Besic gets a yellow card for a crunching challenge. He's looked very good, the young Bosnian, but that looked like a sore one.

He's getting on a bit now, and he's still a very good cheap signing on Football Manager, but he's not covered himself in glory here. Iran have been steady enough but when they've needed him to step up and provide some quality he's not been there.

They have faded somewhat, Iran. They just can't get going now, or move the ball quick enough to trouble Bosnia.

Iran have actually come from two goals down to beat Bosnia previously, remarkably. They don't look like doing so here, however, but anything's possible at this World Cup. It's still 3-2 Argentina but that's all academic for now.

There really has been a desperate lack of cutting edge from Iran. Dzeko hasn't had a great tournament so far but he's certainly been the difference in this game. And he almost does so again, with a cross appearing to be going straight for him, but an Iran defender gets a diving header on it to avoid further embarrassment.

One change apiece. Anel Hadzic off, Ognjen Vranjes on for Bosnia, and Ehsan Hajsafi off, Alireza Jahanbakhsh on for Iran. Surely Iran don't want to be the only team to go home without scoring a goal?

GOAL! And Iran are surely doomed now. Pjanic drifts into the right channel and escapes the attention of the Iran defence, picking up the pass and slotting it past Haghihi. It's 2-0 Bosnia - Iran need four goals, and they've barely looked likely of getting one.

Iran try to counter through Dejagah but he's carelessly drifted offside. He's had a very poor game so far.

The substitute Heydari chips in a ball which is deflected behind for a corner. He puts in a decent ball and then sends an effort in from distance, but Bosnia hold firm. Iran can qualify now but they need three goals, assuming Nigeria don't concede more to Argentina.

Dear god, it's 3-2 already in the other game as Argentina retake the lead from a corner. What a bonkers tournament this is. Not much going on here as yet, but Iran still looking on top,

Musa has put Nigeria back level with Argentina, sensationally. Iran can worry about that, but their more immediate fear is that they need to win this game or they're doomed regardless.

Pjanic goes for the drive from range, but he doesn't make a clean connection and there's no real danger for Iran.

Back underway, and Khosro Heydari comes on to replace Masoud Shojaei. What have Iran got?
