A comfortable win for Spain. They were missing a number of key figures through injury, but they never looked like dropping points here. Macedonia had a couple of great chances in the first half, but they lacked the quality to sustain a threat throughout. Lopetegui will be pleased.
FULL TIME: Spain 4-0 Macedonia
The scoreline perhaps flatters Spain every so slightly, but they have been the better team, that is in no doubt. But they took their chances as Macedonia started to tire late on.
Three minutes of stopage time to be played at the end of the second half.
This could get ugly for Macedonia in the final few minutes. They have competed well throughout, but Spain are really pressing for more goals now. They want to add a sheen to the scoreline.
And another change for Macedonia, who are surely just giving players a run out by this stage.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Spain 4 (85 mins - Aritz Aduriz) Macedonia 0. That adds a bit of gloss to the scoreline for the hosts! Spain put together a good passing move, with the ball played to Aduriz, who had the simple task of finishing from six yards out.
Goal
A. Aduriz
The scoreline looks a lot better for Spain now. They have been the better team over the course of the match, that isn't in doubt, but they haven't been emphatic in their performance.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Spain 3 (84 mins - Nacho Monreal) Macedonia 0. That's a great finish from Monreal! The cross is played to the back post by Carvajal and the left back is on hand to meet the delivery on the full volley.
Goal
N. Monreal
Aduriz has done very little since coming it must be said. The Athletic Bilbao forward came on for Morata, but I can't actually recall him having a touch of the ball in that time.
On comes a striker for Macedonia. They are going for it in the final few minutes. Rolling the dice.

The away side are still working hard to keep Spain at bay, but it's all for very little at this late stage. This has been an exercise in damage limitation for quite some time now.
This certainly won't go down as a vintage Spain performance, but they look set to collect another win in their efforts to make it to Russia in two years time. A winning way to end the year.
Some of the Spain players are coming in for rough treatment now. Carvajal refuses an apology for a late tackle made by a Macedonian player. It was a bad one, to be fair.
That was a rough tackle from Pandev on Busquets. It looked like the veteran striker was going to enter the referee's book, but he decides to be lenient with him. One more chance.
It's all gone a bit flat here. Isco has injected some energy and drive, but he looks around and there isn't a great deal of movement from those around him. As I say, flat.
The verve has disappeared from this match. Spain had found some at the start of the second half, but the second goal has put them in a very comfortable position.
I got the feeling we might see Mata in this second half, but that change by Lopetegui suggests that the Manchester United won't be coming on this evening. He opted for Isco instead.
