Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Portugal's final UEFA Nations League clash with Poland from Guimaraes. Portugal have already sealed qualification to the Nations League finals in June 2019, with an away win in Chorzow against Poland proving crucial. With just one point to their name, Poland are already relegated from Group A3. I'm Pete Hall, and I will be bringing you the action, as it happens, live!

ALL OVER! Germany are confined to Pot 2 for Euro 2020 qualifying, as Poland earn the draw they needed to make sure they will be placed into Pot 1. It took a second-half penalty, which had to be retaken, from Milik to peg Portugal back. Portugal are already through to next summer's Nations League finals, so their job was already done. Thanks for joining us. Report to follow. Goodnight.

Poland are really slowing the game down here, and happy to see out this draw. Portugal, having already won the group, have given up.

Portugal still very much rattled here. Poland enjoying all the ball and seeing the game out.

SAVE! Bereszynski carries the ball towards goal, fires a fierce strike for goal, but Beto is equal to it, beating the ball away with two hands, before Kadzior fired just wide moments later.

Frankowski is the next into the book for a flailing arm. Seemed harsh once more.

Bruma does well to get to the byline, substitute Joao Mario tries to flick the ball towards goal, but gets it all wrong and it is cleared.

Jacek Goralski comes on for Klich for Poland.

Nice run from Andre Silva off the back four of Poland, but he has no support, and can only win a corner at best.

Bruma is coming on for Portugal, who replaces Rafa Silva.

Great cross from Grosicki, but it is just too high for Grzegorz Krychowiak, who can't keep the header down.

Portugal have lost their cool here. They are making error after error, and arguing among themselves.

GOOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLL!!!! Portugal 1-1 Poland. Milik steps up, at the second time of asking, to equalise. Remember, this result will see Poland seal a place in Pot 1 for the European Championship qualifiers, at Germany's expense.

GOOOOOOOAAAALLLLL! No! The referee has ruled it out for encroachment! All happening here!

RED CARD FOR DANILO! It gets worse for Portugal, as Danilo is adjudged to have been last man. Double jeopardy, no?
