Iceland boss Erik Hamren: "In football, not every time you meet is it realistic, Iceland showed that versus England at that time in the Euros. A lot of smaller teams in the world have shown that to bigger teams so I am hoping it will be an unrealistic day also."

Four years ago, England lost to Iceland in the Last 16 at Euro 2016. It was seen by many as the worst result in the Three Lions' history. Gareth Southgate has come in and a lot has changed since, but they will no doubt want to lay that ghost to rest this evening.

So, a big day for Man City's 20-year-old midfielder, Phil Foden, who makes his senior bow. He becomes the 1247th player to feature for the Three Lions.
Elsewhere in the line-up, Jordan Pickford is given the nod in goal, while Kieran Trippier could feature at left back. Southampton's James Ward-Prowse makes his third England appearance.
In all there are eight changes, with Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling and Declan Rice the only survivors from the last game in Kosovo last year.
