Real consider sale of Vinicius

Spanish giants Real Madrid are considering the imminent sale of Vinicius Junior, reports Mundo Deportivo.
The Brazilian finished second in the Ballon d’Or last year after inspiring Los Blancos to the UEFA Champions League title in the 2023/24 season.
But last season saw a dip in form, with Vinicius scoring only 11 goals in La Liga, and he is now demanding a salary similar to that of what Kylian Mbappe earns.
Vinicius is reportedly earning a yearly salary of €15m net (£13m), whereas Mbappe, who just finished his first season in the Spanish capital, has a contract that amounts to €23m net (£19.9m) per season.

The Brazilian joined Real as an 18-year-old in 2018 and has gone on to win a host of honours, including two Champions League titles and three La Ligas.
He has scored 106 goals in 322 matches since making the move to Madrid from Brazilian side Flamengo.
The 25-year-old has two years left on his contract with Los Blancos, and a release clause of £1 billion, but if a good offer should come, the Spanish club would be willing to sell.
The club have been in talks over a new contract, but having stalled due to his wage demands, there have been links emerging with Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal.

Chelsea, Manchester United monitor Donnarumma

Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain could see a major outgoing this summer in Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to reports.
The 26-year-old was a key cog in the side who won the treble last season, but the club and their primary goalkeeper have continually butted heads over a contract renewal.
With PSG set to sign 23-year-old Lucas Chevalier from fellow Ligue 1 side Lille, Footmercato is reporting that effectively means it is time for Donnarumma to "pack his bags", with the club desperately looking to avoid a similar situation to that of Kylian Mbappe, who left on a free transfer last summer.
Chelsea are looking for a goalkeeper and were closely linked with Donnarumma’s AC Milan successor Mike Maignan before the FIFA Club World Cup, while Manchester United are also supposedly interested.
Turkish side Galatasaray have also been linked with the Italian, according to Footmercato, while Saudi Arabian clubs are also ready to swoop in should the opportunity arise.
The article reads: "PSG are determined not to relive a Kylian Mbappe-like scenario - who left for Real Madrid on a free transfer - with Gianluigi Donnarumma.
"For his part, the Castellammare de Stabia native - tracked by Galatasaray, Saudi Arabia, as well as Chelsea and Manchester United - should quickly pack his bags."

Inter in ‘crucial’ talks with Lookman

Internazionale are in talks with Atalanta’s Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman, as confirmed by club president Giuseppe Marotta.
Former Fulham, Everton, Leicester City and Charlton Athletic forward Lookman has thrived for Atalanta since making the move from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2022.
He has scored 52 goals and has 25 assists in 118 games for La Dea, including a hat-trick in the 2023/24 UEFA Europa League final against then unbeaten Bayer Leverkusen, in a season he was named African footballer of the year.
Marotta said: "This week will be crucial for Lookman deal.
"We are in talks for Ademola Lookman, we want him but we also respect Atalanta.
"In two to three days we hope to proceed and be able to get the deal done, otherwise we will move on and focus on other players."

Fenerbahce set to sign Skriniar permanently

Turkish giants Fenerbahce are closing in on signing centre-back Milan Skriniar on a permanent deal from PSG, Florian Plettenberg reports.
The Slovakian spent the second half of last season on loan in Turkey and impressed Jose Mourinho enough that they are now looking to sign him permanently.
A deal is rumoured to have been agreed between the player and the club, and now it is up to PSG and Fenerbahce to agree a fee for the 30-year-old.
Skriniar was at PSG for 18 months following a move from Inter, before making a move to Turkey.
According to Plettenberg, he has agreed to a deal that would keep him in the Turkish Super Lig until 2029.
Sky Germany reported: "Exclusive detail, German sporting director Devin Ozek is now in Paris to negotiate the final details of a permanent move for Milan Skriniar to Fenerbachce.
"Talks between the clubs are at an advanced stage. The agreement between Fenerbahce and Skriniar until 2029 is 100% complete – it now depends on the agreement between the clubs."
