Real Madrid line up £43m deal for Brazil wonderkid
According to Fichajes, Real Madrid are in pursuit of Vasco da Gama’s 19-year-old attacker Rayan.
The youngster, who registered 20 goals and one assist for Vasco da Gama across the 2024/25 campaign, has reportedly attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona and Internazionale.
Fichajes’ report claims: "Real Madrid are the clear favourites to sign Rayan in the coming months. The club has been monitoring the striker for some time and believes he fits perfectly into their transfer policy. Their commitment to young Brazilian talent has already paid off, and Rayan aligns with that same strategic profile.
"In the offices of the Santiago Bernabeu, there is talk of an offer that could reach €50m. That figure would place Rayan among the most expensive signings from South American football.
"Real Madrid particularly values his potential for growth and his ability to adapt to European football. Furthermore, the sporting project and the opportunity to develop alongside other young talents are also factors in the club's favor."
