Man Utd renew interest in Baleba
Manchester United could sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba for less than £75 million next year, just months after they were put off by the Cameroonian’s price tag, the Mirror reports.
Brighton had wanted £105m in the summer, with United instead opting to spend their money on other areas despite their desire for a midfielder.
The Mirror adds: "Alongside Baleba, Crystal Palace's Adam Wharton is also high on their wish list following his standout performances this season.
"On Sunday, Baleba was taken off during Brighton's Premier League draw against West Ham, marking the 12th time in 13 starts that manager Fabian Hurzeler has chosen to substitute the midfielder.
"Hurzeler has publicly questioned Baleba's performance levels, pointing to United's interest in the player over the summer. Now, recent reports suggest that Brighton's position on Baleba's potential departure has softened since the summer."
Liverpool should act quick on Salah
Liverpool should act quick regarding the future of Mohamed Salah given Antoine Semenyo’s potential availability in the January transfer window, the Liverpool Echo writes.
With Salah speaking out about being dropped by Arne Slot, and the Egyptian subsequently dropped from the travelling squad to Internazionale on Tuesday, it remains to be seen whether the player has a future at Liverpool. However, the Echo believes the club must act quick.

The Echo writes: "One option appears to be a standout in terms of replacing him, and that is Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo.
"The winger, who is comfortable scoring with both feet, has grown into a top Premier League player and is displaying it week in, week out for The Cherries.
"The move is accessible in January too, with a £65m release clause in Semenyo's deal that can be triggered next month, but there is a slight catch.
"Reports have stated that the clause can only be activated by a certain date in the window, meaning Liverpool will have to act fast to get the move over the line in time to avoid a messy conversation and negotiation over a deal between the clubs.
"It all means that The Reds will need to have a clear plan in place before the window, whether Salah stays or goes, as to what their decision will be."
Clubs eye Disasi
Several clubs have shown an interest in Chelsea defender Axel Disasi, the Mirror reports, with the Frenchman not even in The Blues’ Premier League squad and currently playing for their Under-23s.
Disasi went on loan at Aston Villa last season and it appears he is not short of suitors.
The Mirror adds: "West Ham and Newcastle are interested in him ahead of the January window.
"Borussia Dortmund, Galatasaray, Lyon and Juventus have all also been credited with an interest."
