Kane, Fernandes top Saudi wishlist
The Sun reports that Bruno Fernandes, Harry Kane and Bernardo Silva are top of the Saudi Pro League’s wishlist as officials prepare for life after Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo’s contract at Al Nassr is set to expire in 2027, leaving Saudi chiefs searching for big-name signings to "carry the league into the next era".
Fernandes, Kane and Silva are seen as marquee targets, claims the outlet.
The article reads: "SunSport reported last summer that Fernandes rejected a £700,000-a-week offer from Al Hilal this summer.
"But TalkSport are reporting that he left the door open to a future switch - telling suitors he wouldn't leave before the 2026 World Cup.
"Bernardo Silva is also being lined up for a huge deal once his Manchester City contract expires next summer.
"With Ronaldo turning 40 in 2025 and his deal expiring two years later, Saudi Pro League bosses are keen to find new icons who can maintain the global momentum he helped spark.
"Sources say officials are pushing for Silva to sign a four-year contract.
"Harry Kane also remains a long-term Saudi target. The England skipper has a £56 million release clause valid from 2026 and has been closely monitored since his move to Bayern Munich.
"However, Kane is said to be reluctant to join the Saudi project - for now - preferring to chase Champions League glory and international honours in Europe."

Man Utd turn to Gallagher
Manchester United are ready to turn their focus to Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher, according to the Mirror.
The Red Devils have been frustrated in their pursuit of Brighton's Carlos Baleba, who has had a price tag of around £110 million placed on him.
The Mirror writes: "Manchester United are targeting a shock move for Conor Gallagher. United boss Ruben Amorim remains keen to strengthen his midfield, and has targeted former Chelsea star Gallagher, now with Atletico Madrid.
"Brighton star Carlos Baleba has been on United's radar in the last 12 months, but Brighton have no interest in letting him go cheap. A price tag of around £110m has put off the English giants.
"United bosses are now looking at alternative options, and believe Gallagher would be an ideal addition to a midfield that will lose veteran Brazil international Casemiro next summer, when he is expected to leave at the end of his contract.
"England international Gallagher joined Atletico in a £36m deal in 2024. However, he has struggled to make a significant impact with the Spanish outfit, and has started just two games so far this season.
"Diego Simeone has still to be convinced of Gallagher's importance to his team, and could allow him to be sold, while it’s believed that Atleti president Enrique Cerezo would do a deal for Gallagher at the £50m mark."

Red Devils have managerial shortlist
Oliver Glasner, Fabian Hurzeler and Andoni Iraola are under consideration to replace Ruben Amorim at Manchester United.
The Sun claims Amorim retains the club’s backing, but that United are "keeping an eye on potential replacements amid their alarming form".
The Red Devils slipped to 14th after losing 3-1 at Brentford on Saturday.
The article adds: "Club sources insist they do not have a successor to Amorim lined up but accept the speculation around the manager's role".
