Vinicius will be given choice over future

Real Madrid striker Vinicius Junior will be given the chance to decide if he wants to move to the Saudi Pro League.
An offer of £200 million will likely be enough to tempt the Spaniards to let the 24-year-old Brazilian star leave.
The Telegraph explains: "Vinicius Junior will be given the opportunity to become the world’s most expensive player this summer, with the Real Madrid forward to make the final decision on a £200 million move to Saudi Arabia.
"The Brazil international, 24, is a concrete target for the Saudi Pro League with early talks taking place over a move during the next window, when his contract at the Santiago Bernabéu will be in its final two years.
"He will be offered a chance to move to one of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) clubs in Saudi Arabia, with his team to be decided if a deal can be agreed. According to sources, he will command a fee that matches the £200 million that Paris St-Germain paid Barcelona for Neymar in 2017. The package for a potential deal means it could be the most lucrative in football history.
"While Real Madrid do not want to lose Vinicius, who has helped them win three La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues, having less than 24 months left on his deal means his market value will start to decrease from next season onwards if he stays in Spain. The Saudi deal is expected to go through if the player gives the move the green light."

City keen on Livramento

Tino Livramento could be brought in by Manchester City as they look for a long-term replacement for Kyle Walker.
Walker is out on loan to AC Milan but Newcastle right-back Livramento has impressed this season.
The Sun states: "Manchester City have set their sights on Newcastle star Tino Livramento.
"The defender is viewed as a potential replacement for veteran Kyle Walker.
"Walker's future at the Etihad appears to be over following his loan exit in January.
"The 34-year-old left Manchester City for AC Milan on a deal until the end of the season.
"The former Southampton ace has excelled since his arrival at St James' Park in 2023. He joined Newcastle on a five-year contract in a transfer worth £32 million."

Liverpool face summer exodus

The Mirror suggests that there could be a huge number of players leaving Liverpool in the summer.
Nine players could conceivably be on their way, including Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
The paper writes: "As many as nine senior players could leave Liverpool at the end of Arne Slot's first season at the helm.
"Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk are all out of contract in the summer and may leave - and they could be joined by plenty of other big names.
"Salah and Van Dijk are currently believed to be more likely to stay put after being offered new deals by the Reds, although nothing is agreed as it stands. Salah continues to be pursued by the Saudi Pro League, while a number of European clubs are keeping tabs on Van Dijk's situation. However, it's believed that the preferred option of both is to stay put.
"It could be a different story for Darwin Nunez, who has endured a difficult season. The Uruguayan striker was called out for his 'unacceptable' work rate by Slot after dropping his head during the recent clash against Aston Villa and, like Salah, remains a top target for ambitious clubs in the Saudi Pro League. If Liverpool can earn their money back on their No.9, who is not first choice under Slot, then they may well cash in.
"Harvey Elliott and Joe Gomez are two players who have struggled for first-team opportunities this term and may be inclined to look for opportunities elsewhere. Gomez is fourth choice at centre-back, behind Van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate and Jarrell Quansah.
"Caoimhin Kelleher is another squad player who is expected to depart with Giorgi Mamardashvili incoming. Wataru Endo is another potential outgoing though Slot is a big fan of the Japan midfielder and his professionalism."

Everton prepare for transfer window

Everton want to sign Leeds United CEO Angus Kinnear at the end of the Premier League season.
The Friedkin Group are assembling a new team after their recent takeover, and hope to bring in Kinnear from the Championship club.
The Daily Mail explains: "Angus Kinnear, the Leeds United chief executive, is set to join Everton – but not until the end of the season.
"Mail Sport understands that Kinnear is closing in on a switch across the Pennines as new owners The Friedkin Group (TFG) seek to rebuild as the club moves to its new stadium this summer.
"They are keen to hire a CEO to oversee a new era for the Toffees as soon as possible, ahead of what is expected to be a busy transfer window.
"However, the former West Ham and Arsenal executive is thought to be keen to stay at Elland Road and oversee Leeds’s promotion to the Premier League before he departs. Leeds are currently top of the Championship and seven points clear of third place with 12 matches to play.
"Kinnear has an open-ended contract in Yorkshire. Talks would need to take place between the two clubs over his exit."
