The Nerazzurri are eight points adrift of leaders Napoli, with Juventus a further three behind. However, while Inter come into tonight on the back of a shock league defeat to Lazio, the Old Lady have won four successive domestic matches. Free-kick! There's plenty in the box as Inter win a free-kick on the left flank. Calhanoglu's delivery is headed on and Inter win another corner.
Morata looks to run onto a ball over the top but mistimes his run slightly and is caught offside.
Dzeko sneaks in between Juventus's centre-backs to meet Brozovic's cross, but he can only glance his header into the arms of Szczesny. Should have done better!
He's back on his feet and De Vrij looks fine to continue.
De Vrij blocks Kulusevski's shot, but the two collide accidentally as the latter chases down the loose ball, with the former grimacing in pain with a shoulder pain.
Close! Skriniar is the guilty party this time as Inter once again surrender possession. Cuadrado unloads with a shot this time and it's not far from the far post he was searching for. A positive response from Juve!
Inter try and fail to play out from the back, as Bentancur switches it to Cuadrado, but his cross fails to find a team mate.
Rodrigo Bentancur comes on for Bernadeschi, who is unable to continue. Things go from bad to worse for Juve.

GOAL! Inter 1-0 Juventus (Edin Dzeko): Inter take the lead in the Derby d'Italia! Calhanoglu lets fly with a first-time screamer that crashes off the crossbar. Dzeko is perfectly positioned to meet the rebound, it's a difficult finish but he adjusts his feet well to make the finish!

Bernadeschi is clearly offside but the flag stays down as the Juventus midfielder gives chase to a ball over the top... only to suffer what appears to be a serious enough shoulder injury. He's coming off. It begs the question: why wasn't the flag raised much earlier?
Juventus win a free-kick, 30 yards out. There are a number of candidates to take it but Danilo wins the debate only to drag a pitiful shot well wide.
Bernadeschi's loose ball in midfield is pounced on by Dzeko. But Bonucci is well positioned to make the tackle and bail out his team mate.
Juve chance! Handanovic sees Morata's shot from inside the box very late but does well to make the save, and the Inter goalkeeper gathers himself quickly to smother Alex Sandro's rebound.
Inter conjure up another sweet attacking move, Barella gets to the by-line but is tackled by Kulusevski who is back to fulfil his defensive duties.
Not far away! Skriniar reacts quickest to Calhanoglu's corner delivery but the Inter defender can't keep his header down. That was an early chance!
After getting in around the back of Juve's defence, Inter win the first corner after Chiellini heads Perisic's cross behind.
Lots of early possession for Inter before Skriniar misplaces a simple pass to gift Juventus a throw-in.
