Gattuso does it against Milan at San Siro! Inter are nine points clear at the end of this Serie A weekend. The goal from Politano is the difference in the end against Milan who did not have quite enough. The title looks to be going to Inter. Donnarumma is fuming at the ref after the whistle, but he has been restrained and storms down the tunnel. It's a great day for Inter Milan and Napoli. A really bad one for Milan.
Insigne surges into the box but Tomori comes across to hoof clear for a Napoli corner. This looks to be over.
CLOSE! Osimhen fires just wide from just outside the box! At the other end Maksimovic does brilliantly to hook clear a cross looking for Diaz! This is chaotic!
RED CARD! Rebic is shown a straight red for something he said towards the ref.

FIVE minutes of added time.
The referee goes to the screen and says NO PENALTY! Gattuso is booked for his protests.
VAR is reviewing that challenge from Bakayoko on Hernandez a few minutes ago. Will Milan get a penalty?
Osimhen on the break has been caught by Hernandez and there's shrieks from the Napoli bench who want a red card. Bizarrely the referee as he approaches the scene is unintentionally tripped up by Rui! He has given Hernandez a yellow for the poor challenge.
Yellow card
T. Hernandez
Milan have a corner. Tonali swings it into the near post but Napoli clear their lines by throwing bodies at it. Hernandez goes down in the box under a challenge from Bakayoko but the referee waves play on.
Milan are piling men forward and Napoli are sitting deep. IT seems the visitors are happy to try and sit on this. Hernandez has a shot which he swipes at it from outside the box, but it's wild and flies out for a goal-kick.
SUBS! It's the last throw of the dice for Milan. Hauge comes on for Leao. For Napoli, Bakayoko and Rui enter for Politano and Demme.
Good defending from Koulibaly as he heads behind a dangerous Tonali free-kick. His corner is then fired goalwards by Rebic, but the Croat hits it well wide.
SUB! Elmas comes on for Zielinski, who has been instrumental in Napoli's attack this evening.

FREE-KICK! Tonali's cross to the near post is flicked on by Rebic on goal and it's a powerful header, but Ospina reacts really well and pushes it clear!
YELLOW! Di Lorenzo is booked for a late sliding tackle on Hernandez. It was a reckless challenge with his studs showing. He could have seen red for that.

SUB! Meite is on for Kessie.
BIG CHANCE! A brilliant floated cross into the box from Rebic finds Leao at the far post, but he squanders his effort from close-range with a tame sidefooted shot and Donnarumma can easily claim it! It was a great goalscoring opportunity for the Brazilian and he should have converted it!
ANOTHER CHANCE! Insigne and Osimhen combine well and the Italian curls a shot on goal looking for the top corner with Donnarumma slightly off his line but it floats wide. Napoli look more likely to score a second than Milan equalising right now.
SUBS! Three changes for Milan on the hour-mark. Calhanoglu, Krunic and Castillejo come off for Diaz, Saelemaekers and Rebic.

BIG CHANCE! Zielinski's low driven ball across the goalmouth finds Politano, but his first touch was not the best - the pace surprised him - and it leaves his grasp. Napoli come forward again and Fabian unleashes a left-footed half-volley on goal which Donnarumma dives to his right to bat away! Fabian follows up with a rebound but he cannot get it on target! SUB! Gattuso has changed his forward. Osimhen comes on for Mertens.
