And there's the full-time whistle! Inter snatch three points in dramatic fashion! Thanks for joining me, follow me on Twitter for more news & discussion of world football @liamhappe
Two minutes of the three added on played, one more to go. Cesena and Palermo have doubled their leads, Cagliari and Bologna are tied 1-1.
It's gone from bad to worse for Siena, Brienza gets his second yellow. He's off! He kicked the nearby corner flag into two pieces in frustration at losing out to Nagatomo. Silly boy.
Great turn from the sub recieving Motta's simple short pass into a crowded box, and effortlessly finds the near post.
CASTAIGNOS! INTER HAVE THEIR GOAL!
Yellow for Stankovic, who deliberately trips Mannini to prevent Siena from breaking.
Pazzini cleverly backheels a cross to the far post back towards the 'D', where Stankovic shoots off-target. Stylish, but surely they'll take a goal any way they can right now.
But it's Motta who'll go for goal - and that's a great diving save from Brkic to deny him!
Delays aplenty as the referee forces the wall back ten yards.
Castaignos wins Inter a free-kick 20 yards out and central when he's clipped by Bolzoni mid-tekkers.
Diego Milito comes on for compatriot Cambiasso in the game's final substitution. Attack-minded switch from Ranieri.
Brienza gets a yellow for a foul inside the Inter half.
Here come Inter again, good through pass to Pazzini inside the box but the flag goes up. Good interception by Rossettini before he can pull the trigger, anyway.
Siena break but it ends up with Cesar.
Nagatomo goes down in the box. He claims he was checked by Bolzoni as he tried to get onto a quick throw-in on the right-hand edge of the box. Replays show he may have had a bit of a case, but the benefit of the doubt always goes to defenders in those kind of collisisons.
The initial delivery is cleared but Inter will whip it in again and Pazzini's header goes over.
Castaignos does well to get down to the byline on the left wing, before opting to buy the corner off the feet of Vitiello.
Final switch for the home side sees Larrondo sacrificed to bring on Pablo Gonzalez.
Cesar is impeded as he goes to catch, and wins the free-kick.
Zanetti concedes another corner, heading out the cross by Larrondo.
