    Both sides have key men missing this match through suspension. Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Inter defender Lucio are both banned for this one. Another Inter centre-back, has passed a lte fitness test, and will be partnered by left-back Cristian Chivu. Injury-prone striker Diego Milito makes the Inter bench.

    Internazionale coach Leonardo will have plenty of emotions when he faces former team Milan for the first time. The former Brazil international is desperate for success at Inter, but is equally determined not to become the centre of attention in the derby: "To say that this is my game is an exaggeration. t will not be my game because I don't feel as though I have to prove anything."

At Christmas, Inter looked to have no hope of retaining their title, languishing by their standards outside of the top four while Milan were sitting proudly atop the table. Now, if the Nerazzurri win this evening, they will overtake their bitter local rivals by a point and retake the lead!

When these two sides met in the reverse fixture back in November, Milan won 1-0 courtesy of Zlatan Ibrahimovic's fifth-minute penalty and Rossoneri midfielder Ignazio Abate was sent off.
