The Egypt international has become disillusioned with his lack of playing time for Spurs and has dropped to fourth-choice striker, behind Robbie Keane, Dimitar Berbatov and Jermain Defoe.
"I will discuss my situation with [Spurs manager] Martin Jol at the end of the season," Mido said. "I will consider offers if I don't play regularly with Tottenham"
Mido nearly left White Hart Lane during the January transfer window, only for last minute reassurances from Jol to persuade him to stay. But those reassurances do not appear to have materialised, and Mido has admitted he is considering offers from the Premiership, La Liga and the Eredivisie in Holland.
"I have a very good offer from Manchester City," he added. "Celta Vigo also want me and the PSV coach Ronald Koeman phoned me recently and revealed that he is interested in signing me."
Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has reiterated his desire to stay with the Premiership leaders, despite intense speculation he could be moving to Spain in the summer.
"I have a good contract in financial terms and what really matters to me is to show my game," Ronaldo said. "It's a good sign to know that I have so many clubs interested in me, such as Madrid. It means that I am valued and my work pleases.
"But I'm very happy where I am and I hope to stay in Manchester United for many years."
In other Red Devils news, young striker Giuseppe Rossi expects to be part of Sir Alex Ferguson's team next season.
Italian Rossi, 20, is currently on loan at Serie A club Parma after spending time at Newcastle United before Christmas.
"My contract with United does not expire until June 2010 and I expect to complete it," he told the Oldham Chronicle.
"It is important for young players to get their chance and I am getting my chance at Parma where I am turning out regularly and playing well.
"Going to Newcastle was also a good experience, though I didn't play as much, but the important thing was that I learned a lot while there."
He has scored three goals for Claudio Ranieri's team as they fight against relegation to Serie B.
West Ham keeper Robert Green has admitted preparations for the Hammers' game against Middlesbrough at the weekend have been hampered by the international break.
Green has found training without several of the club's international players difficult, and with a vital game coming up on Saturday, the build up has hardly been ideal.
"It has put paid to preparations for the Middlesbrough game in some respects, but that happens in football," said Green. "At the moment we are just training and working hard.
"It is a strange situation where we have still got 15 or 16 players here, but we can not really do too much with Middlesbrough in mind without the others, so we are training to keep fit and to keep on top of things.
Portsmouth striker Benjani Mwaruwari has been involved in a brawl with Zimbabwe team-mate and former Coventry and Sheffield United ace Peter Ndlovu, according to the Daily Mail.
The incident occurred in a room in the hotel where the national side are preparing for Sunday's clash with Morocco. The fight is believed to have started over an argument about an ex-girlfriend.
Reading striker Dave Kitson has signed a new three-year contract, keeping him at the Madejski Stadium until the summer of 2010.
