Arsenal have signed England international Noni Madueke from London rivals Chelsea.
The winger has joined the club for a reported £52 million and has signed a five-year contract.
Madueke is The Gunners' second signing of the summer from Chelsea, after they also bought in goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
It is the fourth player through the doors at the Emirates Stadium ahead of the new campaign, with Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard also joining Mikel Arteta's side.
"We're all so happy to welcome Noni Madueke to the team," Arteta told the club website.
"Noni is an exciting and powerful young player, with his performances and numbers in recent seasons being of consistently high quality. He is one of the most talented wide forward players in the Premier League.
"At just 23, Noni already brings experience of club and international football, and he knows the Premier League very well. Having seen the quality of Noni’s performances up close in recent seasons, we’re really excited he is joining us.
"Noni joins our group with familiar England teammates and other players he knows. He will be made to feel at home straight away.
"His arrival will really improve our squad - we’re all thrilled to have him here. From all of us, welcome Noni and welcome to your family."
Arsenal Sporting Director Andrea Berta added: "We’re very pleased to have concluded an excellent deal for a hugely talented young player in Noni Madueke.
"Noni’s performance numbers and availability over recent seasons have been exceptional, reflecting his quality and professionalism. Noni is a dynamic, versatile wide forward player with strong technical ability who will significantly strengthen our squad.
"Noni already has valuable experience at the top level and we know he will make a big impact at Arsenal. Together with everyone at the club, we warmly welcome Noni to Arsenal."
England international Madueke joined Chelsea from Dutch side PSV in January 2023, having been at Crystal Palace and Tottenham as a youth player.
Madueke scored 11 goals and provided five assists in all competitions last season, as The Blues finished in fourth place in the Premier League and won two competitions, the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup.
He was contracted until 2030 at Chelsea, but the arrivals of Jamie Gittens and Estevao - as well as strikers Liam Delap and Joao Pedro - meant more competition for places in attack.
The 23-year-old posted a heartfelt goodbye message to Chelsea fans on his Instagram account on Friday, ahead of his move across the capital.
"Dear Chelsea Football Club, I want to thank you for the last three or so years," he began.
"To every staff member that helped me along this journey, thank you. To my team-mates thank you for everything, I leave with only love and admiration for you guys.

"We achieved so much this season and I honestly wish you guys nothing but the best. To Enzo Maresca, it was a privilege to play under you, thank you for trying to better me as a player and as a person.
"Lastly thank you to every single Chelsea fan. Thank you for the love, the praise and also the criticism, I appreciate it all. I leave here with nothing but fond memories."
Upon signing his deal at Arsenal, Madueke said he was "humbled and blessed" to join the north London outfit.
He added: "Thank you to everyone that made this possible. I can’t wait to get on the pitch and start to repay the faith shown in me. It’s gonna be so special. God is the greatest. Let’s go Arsenal."
Madueke will wear shirt No. 20 for the 2025/26 season, with Arsenal beginning their Premier League season away at Manchester United on Sunday, August 17.
Arteta's team will be desperate to go one step further and win the club's first league title in more than two decades, following three successive second-placed finishes in the top flight.
