Manchester United have agreed a deal to bring Slovenian forward Benjamin Sesko to Old Trafford from German club RB Leipzig.
The Athletic reported that a deal was close on Thursday afternoon, having initially stated that The Red Devils had offered €75 million (£65m) plus €10m in add-ons for the striker.
Sesko has also been linked with a move to Newcastle United this summer after scoring 21 goals and providing six assists in 45 appearances in all competitions last season.
The same publication now claims that the 22-year-old will travel for a medical and complete a move to Old Trafford in the coming days and weeks.
"Manchester United have reached an agreement in principle with RB Leipzig for the signing of striker Benjamin Sesko," read the article.
"A deal worth €76.5m (£66.4m; $89.1m) and €8.5m in add-ons is in place, with Sesko given permission to travel for medical tests ahead of the proposed move.

"The Athletic reported on Wednesday that Manchester United were closing in on a move for the 22-year-old attacker after offering €75m and €10m of bonuses."
Sesko joined RB Leipzig from Red Bull Salzburg in 2023, having previously spent two seasons on loan at the Austrian club’s reserve side FC Liefering.
Should the deal go through, Sesko would leave Leipzig with a record of 39 goals and eight assists in 87 appearances, including six goals in the UEFA Champions League.

His performances helped Leipzig to a seventh-placed finish in the Bundesliga last season, their worst performance since their promotion to the top flight in the 2015/16 campaign.
Manchester United also struggled last term, finishing 15th in the Premier League and falling to defeat against Tottenham in the UEFA Europa League final.
They will not compete in Europe next season as a result, but Sesko could be the latest name in an exciting list of summer signings.
Ruben Amorim’s side have already bought Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford and Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.
They have also added left-back Diego Leon to their ranks since the end of last season.
