Liverpool boss Arne Slot believes Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker will return from injury to face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday evening in the Premier League. The Dutchman would also not be drawn on the futures of three of their most important players in the last year of their contracts: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, and Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool manager Arne Slot says he is confident that goalkeeper Alisson Becker will be fit to start against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Liverpool travel to the Black Country for their match on Saturday evening, and hope to be able to call on the Brazil international once more after his recent injury.
That has seen Caoimhin Kelleher stand in after speculation that he would move on in the summer as he looks for more regular first-team minutes.
The Republic of Ireland international is now likely to return to the bench, but Dutch boss Slot praised him for his efforts.
When asked about Alisson's availability, he replied: "We think he is [ready to return].
"He trained yesterday for part of our session, we expect him to do the whole session today.

"We’re really happy, but I want to emphasise that we did really well with the two games with [Kelleher].Â
“Another example of where we have two or three good options in some positions."
Slot continues to deal with speculation surrounding three of his best players, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah, all of whom are in the final year of their current contracts.

He was non-committal about the chances of them staying, saying: "I’m very happy that these players are in my team at the moment.
"There’s a lot of games this season and in the upcoming weeks, let’s see what happens in the future."
While Wolves have struggled so far this season, Slot was not falling into complacency, adding: "I don’t think it represents how they have played, they have had very difficult fixtures and you have to take this into account.
"I’ve watched some of their games, they should’ve got more than they got.
"They will be fine at the end of the season."
