WOOD AND ANDERSON GET FOREST BACK ON TRACK
It looked like Nottingham Forest may have suffered a downturn in form at just the wrong time, as they came into this clash on the back of consecutive Premier League defeats at the hands of Aston Villa and Everton respectively.
However, Nuno Espirito Santo's side produced a superb away performance which has epitomised their stunning season.
Goals from Elliot Anderson and Chris Wood inside the opening 16 minutes had Spurs on the ropes, as Ange Postecoglou's team huffed and puffed to largely no avail for most of the match.
They eventually found a breakthrough thanks to Richarlison, but there was to be no grand comeback for the north Londoners.
Spurs lost an eighth home Premier League game of the campaign - their highest-ever number in a 38-game season.
As for Forest, the prospect of Champions League football looms large, as they climbed into third on 60 points, three clear of Chelsea in sixth.
