Manchester United midfielder Casemiro out for match against Sheffield United, Sofyan Amrabat and Sergio Reguilon train

Erik ten Hag will not have Casemiro at his disposal for the Premier League match away at Sheffield United on Saturday. The details of the Brazilian's injury have not been confirmed, but it is being described as a 'small issue', and the 31-year-old is not expected to be on the sidelines for too long. He is suspended for United's following match against FC Copenhagen, so could return for the derby.

Manchester United will be without Casemiro for their Premier League clash against Sheffield United on Saturday due to injury.
The midfielder misses the trip to Bramall Lane with what is being described as a "small issue" picked up on international duty.
He remains in Brazil working on his recovery, but is expected to return to the club’s training base at Carrington early next week.
The 31-year-old is suspended for the UEFA Champions League match at home to FC Copenhagen on October 24, after being sent off in a 3-2 defeat against Galatasaray.
This means he will have to wait until at least October 29 for his return, which would come against Manchester City at Old Trafford.
Elsewhere, there was better news for coach Erik ten Hag concerning Sofyan Amrabat and Sergio Reguilon, as both players took part in training on Thursday.
Reguilon has been absent from the last four matches with a minor knock, while Amrabat was forced to withdraw from Morocco's squad for their matches against Liberia and Ivory Coast.
The Red Devils head to South Yorkshire at the weekend sitting 10th in the Premier League table with 12 points from their opening eight games.
They go into the fixture on somewhat of a high, after Scott McTominay’s stoppage-time brace sealed a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Brentford on October 7.
United face a Blades side propping up the table having picked up only one point from their first eight games, and were beaten 3-1 by Fulham before the international break.
Should Ten Hag’s men take all three points, they would extend their winning run against newly promoted sides to 10 games.
