Moments That Made Me: Robertson on UCL memories, Klopp and more!

Liverpool defender Andy Robertson has thanked Jurgen Klopp for providing him with "the best moments" of his career.
Robertson was signed by Klopp in the summer of 2017 and has been a regular starter under the German ever since.
The Scotland international has made 296 appearances for Liverpool and has won seven trophies on Merseyside, including the UEFA Champions League in 2019 and the Premier League in 2020.
Klopp is set to depart Liverpool at the end of the 2023-24 Premier League season having been at the club since 2015. Liverpool's final game is against Wolves at Anfield on Sunday, May 19 with third place already secured.
Robertson has paid tribute to the manager who has played him almost 300 times.
"Some of the years I've had has been the happiest years of my life to date," he told TNT Sports' 'Moments That Made Me' series.
Robertson continued: "Also stuff happening off the field have added to that, but football has been a large part of that. He's obviously the one that gave me that opportunity and has brought me to the club.
"He's the one that believed in me to go and play as many games as I have for him. He's always trusted me, he's always believed in me and that's why I've played so many games.
"I hope he'd say I've repaid him with a couple of good performances but he's been a fantastic manager for the club and has been fantastic for all of us as players. That's no different for me.
"When I retire I'll look back on these moments as the best moments of my career, without him it wouldn't have been possible."
Klopp has led Liverpool to the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, FIFA Club World Cup, FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Super Cup, as well as the Community Shield during his decorated tenure.

‘I enjoyed it’ - Klopp reflects on final away game as Liverpool manager

Robertson believes Klopp is one of the best managers in the game at the moment.
"I think he's definitely up there with the elite," he said. "He's probably not won the trophies that he probably deserves.
"He probably deserves a couple more of the big ones after his time here, missing out on two Premier Leagues by a point, missing out on two Champions League finals.
"He deserves to have a couple more of the bigger trophies but that wasn't meant to be.
"I'm sure he's happy with what he's got, the success he's brought to this club and put Liverpool back amongst the best.
"When he took over they probably weren't in that moment and he's put them back within the best in the world."
