FT: SOUTHAMPTON 2-1 CHELSEA
Hasenhuttl celebrates. A fully deserved win for them, they fought so hard and were the better team. Saints had more energy than Chelsea.
The visitors, big issues, they lack cohesion and Tuchel seems unsure on his best team and formation.
MENDY UP FOR THE CORNER
Chaos! The keeper is up but it is headed clear by Lyanco then booted away.
There is no keeper in the goal and Ward-Prowse chases the clearance nearly stealing it off Cucurella where an open goal waited.
GREAT DEFENDING
Sterling tries to find a way through but Walker-Peters and Bella-Kotchap defend it superbly. No way through for the Blues.
BRILLIANT FROM ADAMS
He has won a throw in for his side booting it against Chilwell then he buys a foul after holding the ball up from the resulting throw.
He has worked so hard up top tonight.
FIVE MINUTES ADDED
Southampton deserve to win but they must hold on for another five minutes.
SILLY FOUL
Lyanco has only just come on and given away a sloppy foul to give Chelsea a chance to put it in the box. However, it is headed clear and Djenpo then draws the foul from a frustrated Pulisic.
LYANCO ON
Defensive reinforcements as Lyanco comes on for Armstrong.

DROPPING BACK
Southampton have played really well on the front foot but they seem to be dropping deeper and deeper the closer they get to the final whistle.
They must be careful not to invite Chelsea attacks. Ward-Prowse is trying to lead and push his team up the pitch.
YELLOW CARD
Pulisic gets a yellow card for a bad foul as Broja heads at goal, it is palmed away by Bazunu.
Yellow card
C. Pulisic
SLOW PLAY
Chelsea's attacks are just not flowing, they look devoid of ideas now and the Saints just seem to want it more. They have been very impressive tonight and Chelsea have not despite a good start.
SOUTHAMPTON PLAYING WELL
The hosts have been the better side ever since going 0-1 down. They look like scoring more than Chelsea.
OFF THE LINE
It's another corner by Ward-Prowse and Salisu heads it, the ball goes beyond Mendy but Silva is there to flick it away - off the line - so unlucky but world-class defending.
PERRAUD OFF
The Frenchman has been excellent tonight and grabbed the assist for Armstrong's goal. Djenpo is now on.

BROJA BACK AT SOUTHAMPTON
Broja was on loan at Southampton last season and impressed. He attracted interest from West Ham this summer but it seems he will stay at Chelsea and he has a chance to make a name for himself in a blue shirt versus his former club.
THREE SUBS
Tuchel is not happy and makes three changes and possibly switches to a back five.
Pulisic, Broja and Chilwell come on to replace Havertz, Jorginho and Azpilicueta.
BIG CHANCE
It's been laboured by Chelsea in the second half but they eventually pick up the pace and Ziyech crosses to Havertz but the German heads over the bar.
WARD-PROWSE YELLOW
Not the captain's first foul of the game and this time he pulls Ziyech down as Chelsea look to break
Yellow card
J. Ward-Prowse
SUB - LAVIA OFF
Lavia cannot continue after sustaining a knock, Aribo is on.

ADAMS BEING PHYSICAL
Adams is occupying Chelsea's back line very well, meanwhile, Lavia is down injured.
PUNCHING
Cucurella puts in a great cross and Bazunu punches it away as he flies through the air like Super-Man.
