Liverpool looked set to suffer a fatal setback in their pursuit of Champions League qualification on Saturday as Aston Villa appeared likely to close out a hard-fought 1-0 victory at Anfield, but that was until farewell hero Roberto Firmino pounced late on as a substitute to delight the home fans with an equaliser. It was a perfect storyline for the Brazilian in front of the Reds faithful.
