The easiest win Manchester City will have all season. Norwich will want to forget today as they move on and play winnable games in the coming weeks. Thanks for following the match with us.
Three minutes of injury time to be played.
Sterling is brought down giving City a chance for a sixth but Mahrez's free kick is blocked by the wall who raced to about three yards away from the kicker - the referee understandably opting for some clemency.
GOAL! Dias lofts a ball over the top and Mahrez has an age to control and and slot home sending the keeper the wrong way.
Rashica gets free to run at goal down the inside left channel but, with better options inside, he fired high and wide of the target.
Sargent comes on for Pukki for Norwich.
Mahrez comes on for Grealish. A satisfying home debut for him.
There is a collision between Walker and Rashica off the ball and VAR are checking whether there should be card. Rashica claiming a deliberate elbow but there didn't seem a lot in it and no card is given.
GOAL FOR MAN CITY! A wonderful through-ball from Walker found Jesus behind the Norwich defence and he slid a perfect cross for Sterling to side-foot home.
Aarons puts a decent low cross in and Gundogan puts it behind just, giving Ederson his most nervous moment so far.
GOAL FOR MAN CITY! Laporte nudges home from close range after Norwich fail to clear Gundogan's corner. Laporte flicked the corner against Lees-Melou and then reacted quickest to put the game beyond any slim doubt there was.
Gilmour took out Sterling on the halfway line and came off worst, he is carrying on but hobbling.
Sterling replaces Torres for City.
Still no attempts at goal, on or off target, from Norwich.
One of Jesus' best games for City today. He cuts inside of Mumba but drags his shot wide of the near post.
Good work from Jesus on the right flank led to Rodri shooting from the edge of the box but it was a couple of yards over the bar.
Cancelo got to the by-line and slipped a ball back across the six-yard box but Mumba cleared well.
Two changes for Norwich. McLean on for Rupp and Mumba makes his debut replacing Giannoulis.
Manchester City get us back underway...
Manchester City not even near their best but are comfortably beating Norwich and would be favoured to double this lead in the second half.
