This has been a fast start by Liverpool. They have looked the more dangerous of the two teams in the opening 10 minutes. They are the ones looking to get in behind.

Even going back to last season, Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League fixtures. It’s strange that the Reds have flown under the radar despite their strong form.

Liverpool come into this match on the back of an emphatic Champions League victory over Porto. Jurgen Klopp’s team have started the season well and look to be in very good form.

Almost for Liverpool! The ball was passed into Jota's feet but his pass through for Mane was too strong and Ederson came off his line to mop up the danger. Nice idea from the hosts!

The early signs are that Grealish is operating through the middle for Man City today with Foden on the left and Jesus on the right. Expect that to change over the course of the match!
