Hello and welcome to LIVE updates of the Premier League clash between Tottenham and Leicester. It’s 3rd against fourth with both sides targeting a pre-Christmas win that would close the gap on leaders Liverpool. Kick off 14:15 GMT.

NDombele gets to his feet gingerly following an early coming together with Ndidi. He looks okay though and Spurs have an early free kick. Son drills a diagonal delivery towards the far post from the left, but it's got too much pace on it for the white shirts making a late run from deep.

H2H: Spurs have won six and lost just one of their last nine matches versus Leicester on home turf. There’s usually goals too with 31 in the past seven top-flight encounters between the sides. That’s an average of 4.4 per match.

Almost show time. A Spurs win would move them back up to second and three points behind leaders Liverpool. If the Foxes prevail they would also go second and edge to within four points of Jurgen Klopp's reigning champions. Plenty to play for - and we're about to get underway!

Twenty of Tottenham's 25 PL goals this term have been scored by Son Heung-min (11) or Harry Kane (9). The duo have linked up to score and assist 12 of those goals, which is just one short of the all-time record for goal combinations in a Premier League campaign, set by Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton for Blackburn in 1994-95.

Ben Davies is on the bench today, but is confident his teammates can bounce back from the last-gasp defeat at Liverpool: “It’s tough to take but it’s a long season and we’ve a long time to get it right. Everyone is down, everyone is disappointed, but we’re a mature enough group now to know what is needed in the next game. Leicester will be another challenge. They’ve had a great start to the season, full of quality, top manager... another tough one.”

Marc Albrighton: “There's always a little bit of an extra battle going on after the 2015/16 season (title race), I feel like, so it's a good one to go into. It's definitely a game that is going to be difficult, but we feel like we've got the personnel to be able to stop them and hurt them in other areas.”

Spurs defenders haven't always had happy times against Vardy either. The Foxes front man has scored five goals and assisted three more in his last 10 Premier League games against the Lilywhites. Four of his five goals have come away from home.

Jose Mourinho on Jamie Vardy: "Fantastic player. If I was a defender I wouldn’t be happy to play against him because he is very dangerous. He's the kind of player I believe would be important in every team. He's incredible. I just feel sorry for him in the sense of he arrived in the Premier League too late. He should have arrived a few years before and his career would be even longer, with more goals, more history with the national team too."

Brendan Rodgers: “We’ve seen over the course of all the teams that inconsistencies are there. Most teams’ home records are not as good as before. The lack of a crowd and lack of intensity... I can sense that for us. And then there are injuries. It’s having that ability when you do lose to bounce back. We’ve lost, but then can we go on a run of wins?"
