Fabianski, who has only just returned from a lengthy injury lay-off, takes a goal kick and immediately signals to the bench that he will need to go off.
11'
CLOSE! Norwood's corner is whipped in to the front post, where Egan glances over from six yards. That was a chance.
10'
A lovely ball from McBurnie releases Stevens down the left, and he wins a corner after a sliding challenge with Zabaleta.
8'
Stevens whips a cross around to the back post, but it's just to far ahead of Lundstram and it bounces away to safety.

Stevens wins a free kick for Sheffield United on the right. It's taken quick to Fleck, whose cross is deflected behind for a corner.

A brief scare for Sheffield United as Lanzini threatens to get on to a stray back header. Egan covers and clears, and is fouled by Lanzini in the process. Free kick to the home side.

A quiet start so far. West Ham have settled into possession in the Sheffield United half, but an energetic press from the home side forces Noble to rush a pass and put it out for a throw-in.

We're underway!
19:55
We’re almost ready for kick-off, with the captains Ollie Norwood and Mark Noble ready to lead their teams out. The referee at Bramall Lane tonight will be Michael Oliver.
19:50
The two clubs have met just five times in the Premier League. West Ham have won once and Sheffield United twice, with two draws. The most recent of those was in October at the London Stadium, where Snodgrass’ opener was cancelled out in the second half by Mousset.
19:45
West Ham’s manager David Moyes has won his first two games since returning to take over from Manuel Pellegrini a couple of weeks ago. A thumping 4-0 win over Bournemouth was West Ham’s best Premier League result of the season and was followed by dispatching Gillingham from the FA Cup last weekend. No manager has won his first two Premier League games in charge of a new club since Gianfranco Zola in 2008; can Moyes keep his great start going tonight?
19:40
The home side kick this off in eighth place in the Premier League table, with the possibility of going up to fifth if they can get all three points tonight. They may have lost their last two games – away to Manchester City and Liverpool – but the club have been undeniably impressive in their return to the top flight, built on a defence that is currently the third best in the division. There’s also been a significant boost for the Blades earlier today – manager Chris Wilder has signed a contract extension until 2024.
19:35
Ryan Fredericks is out for West Ham as they switch to three at the back tonight. Pablo Zabaleta returns, while Pablo Fornals and Robert Snodgrass make way for Manuel Lanzini and Athur Masuaku.
19:31
Just the one change for the home side from their defeat at Anfield, as Oli McBurnie replaces Lys Mousset up front.
