There will be some smiles at the Liverpool end of the M62 tonight, as well as the red end of Manchester.

GOOD SAVE! It's all City now, and Gundogan is on for Rodri. Mahrez curls one to the bottom corner but De Gea gets a good, strong hand on it to palm the ball away.

McTominay buys a free-kick from Jesus; he's been quietly impressive again today, and is trying to set the tone for United in managing the rest of the game.

This is a huge 15/20 minutes for City. If they can get one soon, they've surely got a shot at winning this, but they desperately need the break through.

City are moving United all over the place here. David Silva and Sterling create a chance for Angelino on the left of the area. His half volley is deflected away for a corner by Wan-Bissaka.
