It's over! That feels like a big win for Manchester City as they move back to five points behind league leaders Liverpool. It was a spirited display by Everton, who were right in the game as it entered the last twenty minutes, but City pulled away to bag what already feels like a crucial three points.
90+4
City almost break on Everton again with a long, diagonal ball to Bernardo Silva. Pickford cuts it out near the touchline but coughs it back up to Bernardo, whose cross/shot doesn't trouble the goal and Everton clear. Poor again from the goalkeeper.
90+2
Bernardo Silva expertly plays his way out from the corner flag near City's goal, and suddenly they're breaking on Everton. David Silva slides it back to his fellow Silva in the Everton area, but he's just offside.
90'
Four additional minutes are announced, as Kean wins another corner for Everton.

The fight seems to have gone out of Everton here. The game was still precariously balanced at 2-1, but that Sterling goal has finished it.

GOAL! Everton 1 Manchester City 3 (Sterling 84)
It's in, and that's surely the game. Aguero leads the break for City again and finds Mahrez on the right of the Everton box. He cuts back and then reverses again, before Aguero takes over. The low cross is partially blocked by Pickford's foot, and pops up to Sterling eight yards out. He volley's the ball off the underside of the bar and it just crosses the line, a bit like Geoff Hurst's (if it had actually gone in). It's 3-1.
82'
Coleman gets away from Sterling and into the area, but Sterling does well to catch him up and block the cross for a corner. Mina wins the header again, but it's soft and straight at Ederson.

Change for City as Bernardo Silva replaces De Bruyne.

WHAT A SAVE! Mina wins the header from the corner and arrows it towards the bottom corner, but Ederson dives full-length to keep it out. It drops to Calvert-Lewin, who can't sort his feet out in time and puts it wide from a yard out.
79'
After a frantic series of challenges in the centre-circle, Kean advances down the right for Everton and wins a corner.
76'
CHANCE FOR EVERTON! Sigurdsson slips a wonderful pass through to Calvert-Lewin to release him into the area. He tries the Romario toe-poke finish from six yards out, but Ederson gets something on it and turns it around the post. That's an excellent save.

Brilliant play from Aguero, as he runs from the halfway line, cuts across the penalty area and lashes a shot just over the bar from twenty yards. In other news the substitute is substituted, as Kean replaces Iwobi.

GOAL! Everton 1 Manchester City 2 (Mahrez 71)
Is this a seismic early season goal? Mahrez goes around the wall to the goalkeeper's side. The low shot bounces once and skids into the far corner, past the despairing, slow dive of Pickford. That's soft from the goalkeeper, who should have saved it, but City are back in front!

Mina clatters De Bruyne and is booked. Free-kick on the edge of the area and just to the right for City.
69'
More possession for City, and a whipped cross from Walker finds Sterling but he can't control the ball with his chest and Pickford gathers. It looks like he would have been flagged for offside.
68'
A huge spell of City possession leads to Zinchenko's cross being headed out to Sterling at the edge of the box. Everton rush out to smother the shot before he can get it away.

Aguero comes on for City, replacing Jesus. City need a goal, and Aguero has scored in each of his last seven Premier League games.

City are preparing Aguero to come on here.
