Roy Hodgson too makes one change and his is enforced - Mamadou Sakho is in for the injured Gary Cahill. Jordan Ayew, who scored the winner when these two met earlier in the season, is joined in attack by Christian Benteke and Wilfried Zaha, who both scored against Chelsea in midweek.
CRYSTAL PALACE: Guaita, Ward, Dann, Sakho, Van Aanholt, Milivojevic, Kouyate, McArthur, Zaha, Benteke, Ayew. Subs: Hennessey, Kelly, Riedewald, Woods, Mitchell, McArthy, Meyer, Townsend, Pierrick.

Dean Smith makes one change from the side beaten by Manchester United last time out. Conor Hourihane comes into the midfield and makes that something of a more solid unit Smith will hope, with Jack Grealish advanced and Anwar El Ghazi dropping to the bench. Ezri Konsa is right-back again it seems, with Tyrone Mings, who struggled against United, keeping his place in central defence.
ASTON VILLA: Reina, Konsa, Hause, Mings, Taylor, Luiz, McGinn, Hourihane, Grealish, Trezeguet, Samatta. Subs: Nyland, Targett, Guiilbert, Elmohamaday, Lansbury, Nakamba, El Ghazi, Jota, Davis.
