Nuno Espirito Santo: "They (Liverpool) are top of the league, it says we're going to face one of the best teams in Europe. We look forward to it."

Jurgen Klopp: "What they (Wolves) did last year in the Championship, I am not sure that happened too often. Very often you go up with this kind of old-school British football - it's a tough league and it makes sense to do it - [but] the only two teams [in] the last few years that did it differently were Huddersfield and now Wolves, so that's unbelievable."

Liverpool Academy graduate and Wolves captain, Conor Coady: “To captain this club against Liverpool in the Premier League really is a dream come true. For me personally, it's very special having come through at Liverpool. I still follow their results and watch their games when I can. But it's massive for everyone at Wolves. The timing of it is great too. Just before Christmas, the fans will have just finished work and it's under the lights. Molineux will be jam-packed and it will be loud - the atmosphere will be sensational. It will be bouncing."

Fabinho retains his spot for Liverpool after impressing against United. The Brazilian struggled for game-time early in his Reds career but has started to look like a key cog in the side in recent weeks.

Wolves also make two changes with Romain Saiss and Adama Traore coming into the starting XI. The hosts appear to have switched to a 5-3-1-1 system.

Two changes for Liverpool. James Milner comes in at right back while Jordan Henderson makes his 300th appearance for the club in league and cup.

Gini Wijnaldum and Nathaniel Clyne drop to the bench where they are joined by Xherdan Shaqiri, who fails to make the starting Xi despite his match-winning double against Manchester United.
