GOAL! Brighton 0-1 Chelsea
Pedro makes the breakthrough! After a prolonged spell of possession, Hazard takes matters into his own hands. A drop of the shoulder opens up space for a shot, but it's blocked. It comes back to him, however, and with a great display of vision he looks up to square it to the back post where Pedro is left with a simple tap-in.

Hazard is quick to turn away from Stephens and the Brighton defender fouls him. Chelsea have a free-kick from 30 yards out now.
