A massive win for Arsenal. That is the win they needed to stop the rot and take them closer to the top four places in the Premier League table. The Gunners deserved it. Chelsea were poor, but Arsenal also played well. Koscielny was the best player on the pitch. Outstanding.
FULL TIME: Arsenal 2-0 Chelsea
A late booking for Barkley on Guendouzi. He dived in a bit.
Yellow card
R. Barkley
Hazard is still trying his best to make something happen, dropping deep to pick up the ball and drive forward with it, but this game is as good as over. Chelsea's movement has slowed.
There's just an air of resignation about Chelsea now. They have kept going, but they now know that they will be leaving the Emirates with nothing to show for their efforts today.
Giroud missed it! Barkley got to the byline and cut a pass back into the box, Giroud was there on the end of it, but the former Arsenal man completely missed his kick and the the chance is gone!
Six minutes of stoppage time to be played at the end of the match.
Xhaka down! This could be a late injury concern for Arsenal. Xhaka clashed with Kante and now the Swiss midfielder is down holding his shoulder. Will this be a serious one?
Emery will surely be very pleased with the defensive work his team have put in this evening. Defence has been a weak point for Arsenal this season, but not this evening.
Time is running out for Chelsea if they are to get anything from this match. They are dominating the ball, but are doing very little with it. The Gunners look strong at the back.
Leno has had very little to do in this second half. He has only kept ONE clean sheet in the Premier League this season... and that came against Huddersfield Town!
Torreira has got a spot of cramp at the moment, so there's a break in play while that is seen to. Not surprised. Torreira must cover more ground than any other player on the pitch.
Arsenal have done well to crowd out Chelsea whenever they have worked their way into the box. The Blues just haven't been able to create clearcut chances in this second half.
Here comes Hudson-Odoi, who is still a Chelsea player for the time being. Can he make the difference?

Lucky boy! That was strange. Alonso seemed to swipe at the face of Maitland-Niles. What was that all about? It's just as well the referee didn't see that from the Chelsea man.
Hazard takes it on himself! The Belgian gets a bit frustrated and decides to have a strike himself, cutting on to his left foot. But it's a bit wild from Hazard and the ball flashes well over!
