That's it, full time. United did well in the first half, but still don't have the defensive resilience to coast to victory in your standard Mourinho style. West Brom will be encouraged, but they are too one-note to be threatening with the squad they have.
Rondon is booked for a foul on Jones, so that shoud be it for the match.
Yellow card
S. Rondón
Martial is fouled to win a free kick on the left. They start wasting time. I missed a Matic yellow a moment, earlier, sorry.

N. Matic
A great ball to Lukaku finds the striker, who ambles into the box while holding Evans off, and he drags a chance just wide of the far post.
There wil be four minutes of added time, and Barry has a volley cleared by Smalling after a Hegazi cross is curled in. The crowd cheer on the home side.
Martial is tackled by West Brom's box, and they run their counter out of play, but United drop back to withstand the final onslaughts, or to attempt to.
De Gea manages to get the ball in another goalmouth scramble. He gets hacked off after Evans runs in with Hegazi to give him a whack in the shins.
Rodriguez thunders a header wide of the near post, just a couple of yards, from a cross from the left. McTominay replaces Lingard.

Rondon is tackled as he looks to get into the box, and is tackled to win a corner on the left wing.
Rodriguez - a handsome man, I've just discovered - hooks a volley at the near post, and De Gea is OK to run across to save.
A little over 10 minutes for West Brom to find an equaliser, assuming there's a few minutes of added time.
Martial's first contribution is to give Nyom a whack in the eye with a high boot, and he goes off to get some treatment. United are nervous now, failing to keep the ball. Get John Obi Mikel on!
Martial is on for Rashford.

GOAL! West Brom 1-2 Manchester United. Barry scores - Dreadful stuff from United from a set piece. A corner from the right falls to Rodriguez, United can't clear, and from close range Barry stabs it home.

Brunt receives a knockdown just outside the box, and volleys over the bar.
Rondon is slid in by Brunt down the inside left, but his low shot from the edge of the box goes straight at De Gea.
Krychowiak off, Brunt on.

McClean is charging in towards De Gea, so Young shoves out a shoulder to send him to the ground. In truth, he should have conceded a penalty there, but there's an odd lack of fuss.
United are keeping the ball happily enough.
Rojo is incredibly obviously fouled in midfield after a one-two with Lukaku, and the ref just totally ignores it. The glaring incompetence of officials is just bizarre sometimes.
