FULL TIME
And there is the final whistle, these two sides play out a 1-1 draw. It was a fairly uneventful contest until the 83rd minute when Sanchez's free-kick finally broke the deadlock, but then Mike Dean awarded West Brom a controversial penalty which Rodriguez converted.
Probably the wrong call, but the hosts deserved a point.
And that is that for 2017. Thank you for tuning in and I will see you in the new year.
Looking at the replay, I think it is very harsh to award West Brom a spot-kick. Chambers had his arms in a natural position and the ball has just struck it. Very harsh.
Lacazette controls well at the by-line, he tries to cut the ball back into a central area but Foster collects at his near post. Will Arsenal create one final opportunity?
Arsene Wenger, clearly furious about Mike Dean's decision to give West Brom a penalty, gets a telling off by the referee for his complaints. Jack Wilshere was also booked after the penalty for protesting.
FOUR minutes will be added on!
GOAAAALLLL! West Brom 1-1 Arsenal (Rodriguez).
Rodriguez sends his spot-kick straight down the middle and Cech dives to his left, unable to reach the ball with his flailing leg. We are all level once more at the Hawthorns!

PENALTY TO WEST BROM!
Gibbs' cross strikes the arm of Chambers and Mike Dean points to the spot! Controversial decision...
Question marks over the West Brom wall, there. Will it go down as an own-goal?
GOAAAALLLLLL! West Brom 0-1 Arsenal (Sanchez).
Well, well, well. It had to be him, didn't it? Sanchez strikes his free-kick low and hard, McClean turns his back and it goes in off the Irishman.
It's the stroke of luck Arsenal needed, but it is so, so cruel on West Brom.
Own goal
J. McClean
Sanchez is always trying to make something happen and he goes down on the edge of the box. This is a free-kick in dangerous territory...
Into the final 10 minutes and the score remains level. Can anyone take this game by the scruff of the neck?
SAVE!
Rodriguez finds space between Arsenal's defence and midfield and unleashes a venomous shot at goal from the edge of the box. Cech can only parry the ball into the path of McClean whose shot is blocked.
McClean almost makes an instant impact! He drives down the left flank, but his cross takes a deflection and Cech gratefully gathers the loose ball, under pressure from Livermore.
Robson-Kanu is replaced by Nyom as West Brom go defensive. Pardew will be happy with a point, it seems.

That is Iwobi's final contribution of a disappointing match as he is replaced by Danny Welbeck for the remaining 15 minutes.

The hosts concede possession in midfield. Iwobi spots Foster off his line but his shot lacked any conviction and the West Brom goalkeeper makes a comfortable save.
West Brom make a double change, with Grzegorz Krychowiak and James McClean replace Brunt and Philips.

Koscielny has been playing through the pain barrier for some time and he is finally replaced by Mertesacker.

A lovely touch by Lacazette tees up Sanchez for a shot, but Dawson slides in to make a crucial intervention.
Arsenal have the hosts pinned back inside their own half at the moment, as Wenger's side up the ante in search of an opening goal.
