THE WHISTLE BLOWS!
It's a huge win for Southampton, which relegates West Brom! Swansea are still in it - they'll need to beat Stoke next week and hope Huddersfield lose at Chelsea.
Roberts launches the ball Delap-style into the box, but Mawson can't get near it and it bounces out for a goal kick.
There will be a minimum of six minutes added on.

Southampton break and Gabbiadini finds Long in the box! His first-time shot hits the side netting!
Swansea get another chance with a Ki corner, but there's head tennis in the box and the flag goes up.
J Ayew dances around the edge of the area, but is dispossessed before he can get a shot away.
The stadium collectively groans.
A Ki free kick from the right is headed towards goal by Abraham, forcing a great save from McCarthy. But the flag is up.
SUB: McQueen replaces Tadic.
SUB: Carroll replaces King.
Long puts across along the floor int he box, but it doesn't quite reach Tadic, the intended target.
SUB: Naughton makes way for Marsingh.
Mark Hughes' gamble to replace a defender with an attacking player looks to have paid off!
GOAL!
Tadic wins a corner from Ki and takes it himself. It swings out to Stephens at the back post, who heads into Austin's path! His shot is blocked and Gabbiadini knocks in the rebound from close range!
CHANCE!
Abraham picks up the ball 35 yards out, takes a few paces to create an angle and drives a low shot into McCarthy's gloves.
SUB: Gabbiadini replaces Bednarek.
A stretcher comes on for Bednarek. His evening is over and Mark Hughes has some thinking to do, with no natural centre-back on his bench.
Both medical teams have come out to attend to Bednarek, who was felled by his own 'keeper in the box.
Long has scored in Southampton's last two visits to the Liberty Stadium.
SUB: Redmond makes way for Long.
A long throw-in is controlled by Stephens in the box and shouts go up for handball. Replays show it did not touch his arm.
