Welcome along to Eurosport’s live coverage of the Manchester City’s trip to Southampton on the final day of the Premier League season. City are aiming to become the first Premier League team to reach 100 points and can break a host of other records today too, while Southampton aren't quite mathematically safe. It needs them to lose, Swansea to beat Stoke City and there to be a 10-goal swing if they are to go down though, so barring a truly remarkable set of results this will be a top-flight fixture again next season. Team news is up next.

10'
City work a short corner to De Bruyne, whose cross evades everyone.
8'
Southampton are inches away from taking the lead as Hoedt meets a corner at the near post and sees his header come back off the bar! This is an impressive start from the hosts.
7'
Stephens, of all people, finds himself carrying the ball forward and ends up having a shot from just inside the City penalty box, which is deflected and then saved by Bravo.
5'
This time it's Austin who is beaten to a through ball by the opposition goalkeeper.
4'
Sterling and Gundogan almost connect with a one-two, but the former's return pass is slightly overhit and McCarthy comes off his line to collect.
