It's the Chelsea fans making all of the noise now. What a statement from Antonio Conte's side. Six minutes of added on time to play.
GOAL! Game, set and match - Hazard seals the deal for Chelsea. It comes from another counter-attack as the Belgian races onto a long ball from Alonso, he speeds past Kolarov and fires a shot past Bravo.

Meanwhile, City finally take their delayed corner... but it's just wide from Iheanacho who meets the ball at the near post.
Costa is going to hobble off here, being replaced by Nathaniel Chalobah. It's probably just a pre-caution.

Wow... The Spanish international has been irresistible in this second-half.
Despite dominating the match and squandering numerous opportunities, City find themselves trailing. Chelsea have been deadly in front of goal but the home side's defending leaves a lot to be desired.
GOAL - Chelsea have the lead! Willian scores from a fantastic counter-attack started by Hazard who fed Costa, he held the ball up superbly and found the substitute who completed the move as he coolly slides a shot past Bravo.
