That's full time. A last minute goal gave Everton victory, but Newcastle will know they should have done better with their focus. They had chances of their own, but now remain in the relegation zone.

GOAL! Newcastle 0-1 Everton - Cleverley scores - Elliot comes for a corner and punches it out as he tries to defend. It comes to Cleverley, and he loops an excellent header from just inside the box into the goal.

Lukaku turns one way and then another, with the goal opening up ahead of him. He waits to pull the trigger, but Mbemba comes in with a brilliant tackle to concede a corner.

There will be three minutes of added time.

Deulofeu's cross from the right is blocked for another corner for Baines to take.

Thauvin on for Perez.

Osman replaces Mirallas.

Osman will be on shortly for Everton. Mirallas has a cross blocked, and Deulofeu collects, and his cross is blocked for a corner.

Probably about 10 minutes left of the match, and Colback is booked when Barry aims a free kick at him, demonstrating unsporting play. Howard is changing his left boot.

Deulofeu lifts a pass into the box for Besic, who scurries to the right and drills in a cross that Coloccini can't clear properly. It ends up with Coleman, but he fires wide.

Barry finds Deulofeu in the box. He takes a step inside, but Dummett lunges in to tackle.

Baines whips in a corner for Funes Mori, whose low header is spooned away by Elliot, and Lukaku follows up to send it just wide of goal.

Wijnaldum meets a cross at the back post from Colback, and Howard punches it clear as he dives backwards.

15 minutes left. Neither side especially good, neither great at defending. It could go either way.

Mitrovic meets Sissoko's excellent cross from the left, and thunders a header a yard wide of goal.

Perez has a shot from distance, but although well struck, Howard has it covered, and it rolls wide.

There's a foul in the box, so Barry starts a counter with a short pass. The move ends with Barkley shooting from distance, and having it blocked. He gets another shot blocked, and finally Newcastle have their turn to attack.
