GOAL! Crystal Palace 0-1 Newcastle United. Cisse scores. Janmaat beats Puncheon on the right wing, he drives towards the box and dinks a ball into the box for Cisse's run towards the six-yard box, and he glances past the 'keeper.

Puncheon sends in a dangerous ball into the box, but it's too far from any of his own players and the danger passes. Elliot sends the ball long.

McArthur almost loses the ball under pressure but lunges to pass back to the defence. Zaha then breaks down the right, and Colback drags him back by the shirt, anad the two engage in some shoving.

Zaha has room on the right for a cross to Puncheon, but Coloccini comes back to cover.

Cabaye goes in late in midfield and is lucky to escape a booking.

Souare attacks down the left wing, and Janmaat concedes a throw on the wing. Newcastle defend deep, but Bolasie lays off for Puncheon to cross. It's headed out, the ball comes to Ward outside the box, and the move breaks down.

Before kick off, why not read about the latest rumours? Because this is a video, and therefore you can't really read it.

For Newcastle, it's a series of weake links with the occasional talented player. Ayoze Perez and Daryl Janmaat are the only players who would interest top-half clubs at the moment, with Sissoko and Wijnaldum still inconsistent.
14:35
Yohan Cabaye starts against his old side for Crystal Palace after an unsuccessful period at PSG. He will look at the players in the Newcastle side and be confident that he left a team on the slide.

Steve McClaren: "I have had a great week on the training field. It's been feisty, it's been competitive, intense, energetic - really all the things that we were lacking last Saturday, so it's been a good week and I hope we take that preparation into tomorrow's game. We are not there yet, we are going to have setbacks and we had one on Saturday. We understand the performance wasn't up to our normal standard and we have to get back to that."

Alan Pardew : "We have to get to February to see if we've got a chance of Europe. If we're in the top 10 then, of course, there's going to be a chance and we'll attack it. But we need to get to the end of February first. Our home form has been good this season. We haven't won them all but they've been very close and I expect to win more than we lose at home this year. The image of the club is very important. The way we play, the way the club is thought about is very much part of what I want to see. I want to see the club respected across the country, not just for the fans but what we put on the pitch."
