Chelsea have won five and lost none of the seven Barclays Premier League meetings with Swansea City - but Jose Mourinho’s side have won just one of their last five Premier League away games (W1 D2 L2).
Swansea start life without Wilfried Bony. Gomis will lead the forward line at the Liberty Stadium and on-loan Portuguese striker Nelson Oliveira is now in the starting XI following Bony's midweek departure to Manchester City.
Jose Mourinho (Chelsea): "I don't think the big boys feel too much pressur. We are big boys, they (Manchester City) are big boys. It does not affect us a lot, the result of the other one. We both have jobs to do. (Whatever) the result of the other one, we have to try to win matches. If you can get points tomorrow, don't think that affects the City game."
Garry Monk (Swansea): "It's probably the strongest squad I have ever seen at Chelsea. They're a fantastic team - exceptional, world class players all over the pitch. They have got an exceptional manager as well. At the start of the season I said they were my favourites to win the league and I still believe that, albeit they have got competition from teams around them."
