Hello everyone. Welcome to live coverage of this Premier League clash between Hull City and Norwich City. After an opening day defeat and a draw respectively, each of these sides are looking to register their first win of the season.

Chance for Hull! Aluko back heels the ball into Livermore's path, but the loanee fires over from 12 yards. Never looked like scoring from what was a good position to test Ruddy.

Brady skips away from Whittaker but his cross is far too deep.

Garrido swings a free-kick into the box but Hull get it clear.

Hull giving away lots of petty fouls at the moment. Doing what they can to disrupt Norwich's rhythm.

It must be said Norwich are definitely on top here. Hull very tentative at the moment.

Very good effort for Norwich again. Redmond finds space 25 yards from goal and drives at the Hull defence before letting fly from 25 yards - but McGregor makes a flying save to his right.

Chance for Norwich as Fer drills a low ball across the face of goal. It almost finds Van Wolfswinkel at the far post, but Hull are able to clear.

Nowich look bright here, they are keeping the KC Stadium very quiet.

Hull chance but Brady's free-kick from the right is too close and Ruddy claims.

First chance of the game falls to Norwich! Whittaker crosses first time from the right but Fer nods just wide. Very close, and a very good early chance for the Canaries.

Hull have starter the stronger here. Huddlestone seeing plenty of the ball in the middle of the park.

Only in five of their 38 Premier League games in 2012/13 did they have lower than this in a match... No side kept more clean sheets at home in the Championship last season than Hull City (10).... No Championship player made more assists in 2012/13 than Hull’s Robbie Brady (11).

Chris Hughton: "We are making assessments of the whole squad. We have brought in eight players now but we have had more go the other way so we have to get the balances right. We have to feel everyone within the squad can give us that competition. If we feel after the (transfer) window it is right for certain individuals who haven’t figured as much to go out on loan then we have that opportunity."

Hull City boss Steve Bruce: "We all know who is going to be in the top six but Norwich and Southampton are doing their best to try and bridge that gap if they can. Make no mistake, with the resources that these clubs have got, the squads they've got, it is very, very difficult for us all to try to compete. But clubs like Norwich, Southampton and West Brom have invested a hell of a lot of money."

Norwich's new Swedish signing Johan Elmander could feature if international clearance comes through in time, while Dutch central midfielder Leroy Fer also returns after missing the season's first league match against Everton through suspension.

Norwich are without midfielder Elliott Bennett for "several months", according to manager Chris Hughton, after he underwent surgery in midweek on a cruciate ligament injury. Robert Snodgrass is on the bench after recovering from a groin problem. Striker Gary Hooper is still out (shin) while defender Sebastien Bassong and midfielder Anthony Pilkington remain out.
