Palace can’t really get out of their half just yet. Meanwhile, Chamakh looks to be coming back on – in a heavily bandaged state.

We’re back in play. Now Hull have a free-kick. Huddlestone takes it; Speroni comes to claim in the box.
Looks like Cameron Jerome is already warming up… seems like quite a significant cut that Chamakh has suffered.

McShane clashed with the Moroccan as they jumped for the ball – both appear to be bleeding in the aftermath of that.

Here we go then – Hull get us underway!

Today's referee is Anthony Taylor.

Palace caretaker manager Keith Millen: "Short term, if we can get some results in the next four, then we're in touching distance of four or five teams. I think that's the best we can hope for at the moment. We've got to look at the next four games. With all due respect to the teams we're playing, they are teams that we feel we've got to try to get some results from. There's enough points to play for us to survive, without a doubt.”
14:50
Hull boss Steve Bruce on the decision of owner Assem Allam to change the club’s name to Hull Tigers: "For the money he has put into the club, if he thinks Hull Tigers is his way forward then we have to respect it. But for all the great work they have done in saving the club and getting the club in the Premier League, the last thing you want is a distraction - it's hard enough. I hope that it all just dies away. It seems to rumble on for in my opinion too long - but the owner is adamant.”
14:45
The Eagles’ defence had a good day then, but what about their attack? Marouane Chamakh, Cameron Jerome and Dwight Gayle have all struggled so far this season, while summer signings Jimmy Kebe, Jason Puncheon, Barry Bannan and Jerome Thomas have all failed to score to date. In brighter news, Palace welcome back to the bench mercurial midfielder Jonny Williams after an ankle injury, though Adlene Guedioura remains sidelined.
14:40
Caretaker Millen will have been heartened by Palace’s performance in their 0-0 draw with Everton last time out. Veteran commentator John Motson, who covered the match, was quoted as saying “It felt like a victory for Palace… (their) players put in a huge shift.”

Visitors Crystal Palace are propping up the Premier League, and although Keith Millen takes charge of the team for the fourth occasion today, the club have – finally – secured the services of Tony Pulis as manager. Pulis will take charge for the Eagles’ match against Norwich City; he'll be concerned that his new charges are the only side in the top flight yet to pick up a point away from home this season, and in fact have failed to win an away game in the Premier League since October 2004.
2:25
The home side will hope to return to winning ways today, 11 of their 14 points having been collected on their own patch. Goalkeeper Allan McGregor is back in the team after a thigh injury; Robbie Brady and Robert Koren also return, but fellow Irish midfielder Stephen Quinn is out after suffering a hamstring injury on international duty.

Hull are sitting comfortably in 12th and must be pleased with their start to the season, but were beaten 4-1 away to Southampton last time out. Ever-pragmatic, manager Steve Bruce said: "Sometimes you should hold your hands up and say you were beaten by the better team.”
