That's it from the Hawthorns - stay here for the report. A Stoke win for the first time away from home this season puts them within four points of the Champions League spots as West Brom fall to back-to-back league defeats.

Jones holds the ball up well following a hacked clearance. He draws a foul from Olsson, who has had a torrid time. That should be that.

Odemwingie drops deep, collects the ball and drives forward. He slips the ball to Long on the wing, who cuts inside and elects to shoot but it never threatens the goal as it fizzes wide. Poor decision.

Mulumbu does brilliantly in the corner but delays the pass too much and Stoke clear for a corner. Dorrans is on the edge to collect the cleared corner, he steadies himself but the shot is always rising.

This would only be the second time the hosts have failed to score this season but they have rarely threatened the Stoke goal. This could be Stoke’s first away win since January 2.

Whitehead looks to win a throw in the corner and he does very well to hold off Reid. Cameron receives the throw back from Walters but his cross is blocked.

Lukaku leads a break forward but he delays the cross and the chance has gone.

Dorrans shows great feet on the edge of the box to work a yard of space before working Begovic. Decent shot but a solid save.

Yacob makes way for Brunt.

Those six changes will be over-analysed if it stays like this – Brunt ready to come on for the home side.

Long goes down in the box but referee Kevin Friend turns away the appeals of the home side. Cameron made contact there but probably the right decision.

GOOOAL!! Incredible. Stoke take the lead. Olsson’s clearance is loose when he should have just put the ball out for a throw when under pressure from Jones. Kightly picks up the loose ball and breaks into the box. His cross is turned in by fellow sub Whitehead from close range. 0-1.

Huth and Shawcross have done well to handle Lukaku since he has come on but West Brom are picking up the second ball in dangerous areas.

Jones turns Olsson but McAuley gets back at him just as he is to shoot to clear for a corner. Myhill claims the cross under very little pressure.

Stoke's midfielders - of which there are five - are having to work harder here now. Odemwingie gets down the left but his cut-back is cleared.

West Brom, having had only Long up front, are now shaping up with three strikers.

Whitehead for Adam – who had just given away another free-kick, so that sub may be precautionary with the Scot in danger of picking up a second yellow.
