Bit of a fracas in a late goalmouth scramble. Bassong goes down as Jones heads over and Etherington is in the book.

Shawcross, up from the back, goes a fraction too soon from a Jones knockdown. Wouldn't have mattered, it was an air shot from the defender.

Holt works back again to win the ball and immediately switches the ball to Morison but Huth is there.

Holt is in behind but Shawcross takes him out. Only a yellow card as there was cover.

Holt chases back to win the ball from Etherington. He hasn’t had a sniff of goal today but has worked very hard.

Adam gives away a free-kick as the Stoke mini-revival runs out of steam.

Better from Norwich. Snodgrass keeps the ball well and it is worked to Pilkington on the other wing who is – rather bizarrely – tackled by the referee.

Norwich are beginning to panic here. Their composure totally gone following the introduction of Jones.

Jones has another chance. He takes a half cleared ball on the chest which takes him past the defender. He hits a firm shot just the wrong side of the post.

Etherington whips the ball into a dangerous area. This is much, much better from Stoke. That's their first corner of the match and it is cleared.

Stoke looking a lot better with Jones on. Crouch heads a long ball into his path but Whittaker just manages to get a foot to the ball as the big striker looked to shoot. Great clearance.

Jones rises highest to meet an Adam free-kick following a foul on Crouch. Rudimentary save from Ruddy.

Hoolahan works some space down the right and draws a corner from Huth. They work it short and Snodgrass’s cross almost drops under the post.

Stoke have their first concerted period of passing this half but much of it is harmlessly in their own half. Adam receives the ball with his back to goal but as he tries to turn a Norwich foot steals in.

Decent ball in from Walters but there is a Norwich head there to clear.

Brilliant from Norwich. Tettey intercepts an Adam pass, moves forward at pace and feeds Holt down the right, his cross is almost perfect for Pilkington but he can’t keep his volley down. Great move.
