Owen Coyle accepts Elmander is on his way, but wants Daniel Sturridge to stay: "I've said before, there's no shame in being out on loan, given Chelsea have Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Fernando Torres and everyone else. He has to play and I might be wrong but anything else might slightly set him back because he knows he can handle the level he's playing at. Ultimately it's Chelsea’s decision, first and foremost, and then Daniel from there."

Ian Holloway: "It is simple. We are going to throw everything at them - the kitchen sink, the lot - absolutely everything. We have to try to hit them as early as we can. They are a good side but so are we."
12:30
The Seasiders have conceded 71 PL goals in their 36 matches. No team has ever avoided relegation after conceding this many goals in an entire 38-match season. Only once has a club avoided the drop in the PL era have conceded over 71 goals - Oldham Athletic who conceded 74 goals in their 42-match season in 1992-93.
12:25
Blackpool have the worst home record in the division, winning four of 18 matches and picking up 17 points.
12:20
The win against prime bottlers Arsenal excluded, Bolton have been on an alarming slump since they lost to Stoke in the FA Cup - three defeats on the trot to Fulham, Blackburn and Sunderland. Only one change from the 2-1 defeat to Sunderland, Elmander is replaced by Gardner.
12:15
A big game for Blackpool and, in Ian Holloway's 'caution to the wind' fashion, a start is handed to winger-forward Jason Puncheon. He's on-loan from Southampton but is an exciting player, a risk to start him but riskiness is Blackpool's trademark.
