Barcelona get the win they needed to keep them in the title race, closing the gap on Real Madrid at the top of La Liga to just one point, but this was a poor performance from the Catalans. Real Valladolid will feel aggrieved that they weren't able to take something from this game. They were worth it.

Ter Stegen made that save look very easy, but it took such strong wrists from the German goalkeeper. So many keepers get beaten at the near post, but not Ter Stegen!

Is there one last chance left in this match for Real Valladolid? Barcelona are camped inside their own half as they attempt to see this out. This has become a backs-to-the-wall job!

Messi and Saurez try to one-two their way through the Real Valladolid defence, but they are crowded out in the end and the home side survive. Suarez has been poor since coming on.

The changes haven't really benefited Barcelona in the way Setien surely planned. They lost so much energy and drive since Puig came off. It's all a bit lethargic from the Catalans.

Setien looks rather concerned on the touchline. Barcelona are not in control of this game at all. Is there a grandstand finish to this match? Real Valladolid are trying to ensure there is.

There will be a lot of analysis of this Barcelona performance afterwards, but Real Valladolid deserve a lot of praise for how they have played and taken the game to the Catalans.

Just five minutes left of the 90 minutes, although there will be a sizeable chunk of stoppage time to play as well. Real Valladolid are going for a point that would aid their fight against the drop.

Rakitic wins his side a freekick in the centre of the pitch and there's a sense of relief among the Barcelona players. That says a lot about how this second half has gone for them.

Ter Stegen flaps! The Barcelona goalkeeper got away with one there! The cross into the middle from Waldo was a good one and Ter Stegen didn't really deal with it at all. Valladolid on top.

There's 10 minutes left of this match to play and everything is still up for grabs. Real Valladolid have been the better of the two teams in the second half and they want a point to reflect that.

That could have been a penalty kick. Pique missed his header inside the box which made it an awkward one for Firpo, but he moves his arm out of the way very quickly. Close.
