Barcelona get the job done and move five points clear of Real Madrid at the top of La Liga, heaping pressure on Zidane's side to beat Valencia on Thursday night. Ansu impressed, Messi played well, Griezmann was disappointing. Again. Leganes had chances, but had no cutting edge.
FULL TIME: Barcelona 2-0 Leganes
Both Puig and Vidal have made a good impression since coming off the bench. Leganes tiring has surely been a factor, but Barcelona look more dangerous now than at any other point tonight.
And now Rakitic picks up a yellow card. Does everyone in the Barcelona team want to finish this game with a booking?

There will be six minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.
Ter Stegen makes the save! Rodrigues sent a curling left-footed effort towards goal from 20 yards out, but the Barcelona goalkeeper makes a strong diving save. Not just good with his feet!
That's a tired tackle from Firpo and the young left back is shown a yellow card for his troubles.

J. Firpo
Puig should have scored! That was arguably Barcelona's best passing move of the match with Messi and Vidal combining to release Puig clean through on goal, but Cuellar makes the stop.
Gil comes on for the final few minutes at the Camp Nou. Leganes have given this a good go, but they lack quality in attack.

... and now Lenglet also picks up a needless yellow card.

The bookings are now flowing for Barcelona with Puig shown yellow...

That booking means Umtiti will be suspended for the game against Sevilla on Friday!

Leganes have had chances to find the back of the net, but have failed to do so. That sums up most of their problems this season. They lack cutting edge in the attacking third.
Just dragged wide! That was an opportunity for Leganes to get back into the game late on with Carrillo threaded through, but his low strike flashes just wide of the post with Ter Stegen beaten.
Leganes look to have run out of steam. That can hapen against Barcelona at the best of times, but they have had to play two games in just a few days after three months out.
Griezmann heads wide from a Vidal cross. It just isn't happening for the French forward. Even when he looked to have scored a second goal for Barcelona, it's called back for offside.
