Costa was through! The pass was made for the Atletico Madrid striker who raced through on goal. The ball very nearly ended up in the net via a Valladolid defender, but the clearance is made.
This will be a test of how Atletico Madrid can handle matches now that they have everyone fit again. Can they see this win out without giving Valladolid one last opportunity?
Atletico Madrid are in no hurry to get on with things in stoppage time. They are on the brink of a win that would really boost their chances of qualifying for the Champions League.
There will be five minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.

Costa close to a second! Kiko was very nearly caught out for Real Valladolid. He allowed Costa to pick up the ball 20 yards out, but Caro stopped the Atleti striker from skipping past him.
This result, should it stay this way, will draw Atletico Madrid level with Sevilla in the Liga table. Simeone's side are building some momentum as they attempt to finish in the top four.
Unal comes on for the away side as Real Valladolid attempt to salvage something from this.
