Good evening and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE coverage of the Spanish Liga clash between Sevilla and Barcelona. We'll bring you all the action as it happens. Kick off is at 7.45pm.

Barcelona are now making an effort to keep hold of the ball in the middle of the pitch. They're trying to calm things down. Sevilla have put them under pressure in the past 10 minutes.

POOR DEFENDING! A Sevilla corner kick causes mayhem in the Barcelona box, with Muriel rising highest at the back post. But he only manages to flick his header wide of the post.

Sevilla are playing some good stuf at the moment. They are committing players forward in numbers, with Vazquez this time driving at the Barcelona defence. Roberto did well, though.

Ben Yedder is on the bench for Sevilla this evening. The striker made his international debut for France over the past week, but he's still dropped out of the Sevilla first team of late.

Both these teams might have their minds on next week's Champions League games, but they have started well and both look to be intent on claiming all three points. Going for it.

CORREA CHANCE! That was a big opportunity for Sevilla. N'Zonzi picked out Correa at the back post, who was completely unmarked. But he took too long and smashed the shot against a defender in the end.

SUAREZ JUST WIDE! That was inches away from being the opener for Barcelona. Alba clipped the ball back for Suarez, who sent a reverse shot towards goal. His effort flashes past the far post.

Speculation continues to swirl around Iniesta's future. His contract is up at the end of the season, with Chinese clubs thought to be interested. For the time being, though, he's still a key figure.

FROM DISTANCE! Rico makes a mistake and plays the ball straight to Iniesta. The keeper was off his line offering a chance, but Iniesta could only shoot wide from long range.

Both these teams are preparing for big Champions League quarter final ties next week. Sevilla will face Bayern Munich, while Barcelona have been handed a draw against Roma.

Of course, Barcelona have all but won the league title. They have run away with things at the top of the table, holding an 11-point lead before the weekend's games. Procession.

The home side have started well early on. They will be looking to make the most of the fact tht Barcelona are without their best and most influential player this evening. An opportunity.

The big team news ahead of this game is that Messi is on the bench for Barcelona. He picked up a minor injury on international week and Valverde isn't taking any chances.
